OvertimeMonday thru Friday, the first four hours of overtime shall be paid at time and one-half, the remaining time shall be paid at double time. The first eight hours worked on Saturday shall be at time and one-half, the remaining time shall be paid at double time. Overtime on Sundays and holidays shall be paid at double time.

NOTES:
A New Jersey State Electrical License and Permit is required for electrical work performed in New Jersey.
Where it applies, there is a 6% New Jersey Sales Tax.

Apprenticeship Training Fund:

OvertimeMonday thru Friday, time and one-half for 4 hours above the normal scheduled work day. Double time after 12 hours. Saturday, time and one-half for first 8 hours of normal scheduled work day. Double time after 8 hours. Sunday and Holidays, double time.

Benefit percentages will apply to all rates above Journeymen Wiremen: i.e. a Foreman earning $36.19 per hour will receive $3.51 per hour for Pension and $5.27 per hour for Annuity.
