  2nd year 4.38% of gross labor payroll, 65 cents per straight time hour
  3rd year 3.59% of gross labor payroll, 65 cents per straight time hour
  4th year 3.03% of gross labor payroll, 65 cents per straight time hour
Apprenticeship Training Fund:

Journeymen & Foremen

20 cents per hour for each hour worked

Apprentices

10 cents per hour for each hour worked
Annuity: Journeymen & Foremen 14.75% Gross Labor Payroll
National Labor/Management Co-op 1 cent per hour for each hour worked
Administrative Fund 5 cents per hour for each hour worked
NECA Service Charge NECA Members Only ? of 1% of gross labor payroll
National Electrical Benefit Fund 3% of gross payroll
Temporary Disability As per trust agreement, 100% paid by employer currently $0.25 per hour worked

Travel Time None
Overtime Monday thru Friday, time and one-half for 4 hours above the normal scheduled work day. Double time after 12 hours. Saturday, time and one-half for first 8 hours of normal scheduled work day. Double time after 8 hours. Sunday and Holidays, double time.

Notes: A NJ State Electrical License and permit are required for electrical work performed in NJ. Where it applies, there is a 6% NJ sales tax.

Benefit percentages will apply to all rates above Journeymen Wiremen: i.e. a Foreman earning $36.19 per hour will receive $3.51 per hour for Pension and $5.27 per hour for Annuity.
